Alex is now 4 lb 4.4 oz (almost up to his birth weight) and is making steady progress. I have been introducing him to breast feeding while he gets his meal through the NG tube - he doesn't quite know how to breast feed yet, but at least he's getting an introduction. He usually plays around for 5 minutes and then falls asleep.

hey sweetie - he is just so adorable. i remember the heel pricks from Jack too. he actually has a scar where the IV was in his wrist. i'm just so happy that he is doing well. will keep praying for you and the little bean. :)
ReplyDeleteI just noticed today that Alex's little heel looks like a pin cushion. Ouch.
